newjl Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "newjl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://newjl.cam, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform.
• "Platform" means the newjl website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the newjl registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their newjl account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by newjl subject to wagering requirements and the conditions set out in Section 6.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises newjl's operations.
• "Applicable Laws" means all legislation, regulations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to those issued by PAGCOR.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on newjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our customer support team.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an Account with newjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's licensing conditions and Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. newjl applies strict age verification procedures, and any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid government-issued identification document (UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or Philippine Passport).
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the newjl Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be listed on any PAGCOR or government exclusion register applicable to online gaming.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.

newjl reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your Account pending verification.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been undertaken by you, and you will be held responsible for all wagers placed, transactions executed, and communications sent from your Account.
• You must notify newjl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.
• newjl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from newjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the newjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). newjl currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya — deposits credited instantly; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes for verified Accounts.
• Online Banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank — deposits credited within 30 minutes during bank operating hours; withdrawals processed within 1 to 3 banking days.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the applicable payment method limits displayed on the Platform's Cashier page. newjl does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the Account holder and that are registered in the same name as the Account. newjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, including requests for proof of payment method ownership, before processing withdrawal requests. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering regulations.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

newjl offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, which supplement and are to be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. newjl reserves the right to limit bonus availability based on Account history, Player location, payment method, or other criteria at its discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from your Account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The applicable game contribution rates will be set out in the specific promotion's terms or the Platform's general bonus terms page.
• Abuse Prevention: newjl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched or arbitrage betting, exploiting promotion errors, or colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

7 Gameplay and Wagering Rules

All games available on the newjl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

Each game type on the Platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• newjl reserves the right to void any wager placed due to technical errors, software malfunctions, or manifestly incorrect odds or payouts displayed as a result of a system fault.
• Winnings resulting from a technical error or manifest malfunction will not be honored and may be deducted from your Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by newjl's system logs shall be conclusive unless independently verified otherwise by newjl's technical team or a PAGCOR adjudicator.

8 Responsible Gaming

newjl is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following tools are available to all registered newjl Players at no cost through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks and informed decision-making.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and will be implemented within 24 hours of a verified request being received.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the newjl Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity information of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or residential address.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register.
• Colluding with other Players in any game to manipulate outcomes, share strategy in real time during live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in game logic, or manifest pricing errors in bad faith.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Engaging in any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening conduct toward newjl staff or other Players through any Platform communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology for the purpose of misrepresenting your true geographic location.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the newjl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of newjl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of newjl.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, newjl's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, under statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

newjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of your use of the Platform, even if newjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

newjl is not liable for any interruptions to Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or force majeure events.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

newjl processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at newjl.cam/privacy-policy and constitutes an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

newjl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as applicable guidelines issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

newjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the newjl Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and newjl, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
